Career counseling for easier adjustment to the labor market in the conditions of COVID 19

The project is aimed at reducing the negative effects that the pandemic with COVID19 has on young people who are members of the vulnerable categories of citizens. Through online career guidance training and personal mentoring by expert mentors, 30 young people under the age of 30 will benefit, who lost their job due to the crisis, come from a socially vulnerable family, have a certain disability or do not have the conditions for further training and upgrading. of their knowledge. The main goal of the project is the active involvement of project participants in the labor market, their career guidance and training on how to continue their career in the right way.

The target group of the project is young unemployed people up to the age of 30 who belong to vulnerable categories such as: young people who come from families with minimal income, young people who have lost their jobs due to the COVID 19 pandemic, people with disabilities and all socially threatened young people.

Through the activities of this project, this category of young people will be able to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of career development. The programmatic orientation of the project is based on an interactive and dynamic model in which the attention is focused primarily on identifying the vulnerable categories of young people for choosing and finding employment. Emphasis is placed on developing the abilities of young people to make and implement a thoughtful and independent decision to choose a field of employment and to plan their career.

The training provided by this project will allow these young people to see that at any moment they have the opportunity to successfully find employment and manage their career, even in times of crisis, which will contribute to the direct realization of the main goal of the project. that is, empowered young people to shape and direct their careers flexibly and according to the existing market conditions.
